The base plate for tube 60x 40mm is used to make a fencing connection from a hard surface, anchoring the plate and sliding the tube over the protruding part. The internal tube of the adapter has a thickness of 2 mm for extra strength and is internal welded. Furthermore, the ground plate measures 120 x 120 mm and is 6 mm thick. The Base plate has a hot-dip galvanised finish and is available in several RAL colours
