Typically used on steeper slopes or stairs as an intermediate cross connector with an angle
between 30° & 45° with the upright remaining vertical. Normally used in conjunction with
the 129 fitting when building two rail guardrail. The 130 fitting is not recommended for use
as the top fitting on guardrail.
