The plastic distance insulator is used for live wire applications and attaches a tie wrap around the post. The tie warp is available for posts with a diameter of 60 millimetres. An alternative to this tie-wrap is the Distance Isolator made of plastic, which is clamped around the post with a stainless steel bolt and nut.
